2. Samakan nama subtitle dan nama video menjadi 1 nama atau di rename.
Misalnya file video kita beri nama The Avengers 2012.mkv dan untuk subtitle juga kita beri nama The Avengers 2012.srt

• Buka software desktop manager dan koneksikan dengan blackberry anda (dengan kabel usb)
• Desktop manager secara otomatis akan mendetek untuk sinkrinisasi data dan mendeteksi os blackberry terbaru untuk proses upgrade. jika terdeteksi coba restart komputer anda terlebih dahulu.
• Jika OS sudah terdeteksi ikuti petunjuk untuk proses upgrade.
• Tunggu proses upgrade sampai benar-benar selesai dan masuk ke home scren, ingat jangan cabut atau mainin kabel data jika proses upgrade belum selesai.
• Jika proses telah selesai silahkan setting kembali time, email account setting, wifi dan lain-lain.
